Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant / Office Manager will provide essential high-level administrative support to the General Manager and comprehensive office management to our Dubai back-office teams. This role ensures seamless administrative and operational efficiency, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

- Executive Support:
Manage and maintain the General Manager's calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, liaise between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, handle confidential information, organize meetings (board and team) with agendas, minutes, and materials; manage travel and business expenses including filing, submission to Finance, and reconciliation. - Office Manager:
Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the Dubai back-office; collaborate with HR on employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives. - Office Administration & Operations:
Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, vendor relationships, onboarding/offboarding, health/safety, correspondence, and filing. - Employee Engagement & Wellbeing:
Support HR-led engagement initiatives and events; promote a positive work culture; serve as a point of contact for office matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management, plus experience in office management or similar leadership role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional interaction with all staff, external stakeholders, and vendors.
- High discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software/systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful with ownership and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English required;
Arabic is a strong advantage. - Interest in the luxury industry and understanding of its unique demands.
