Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Dubai
. This role is ideal for a well-organized individual who can manage front-desk operations, welcome clients, and support administrative activities while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and business partners in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage front-desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and document dispatch.
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure security procedures are followed.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments when required.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
