Summary
As a Timekeeper - Infrastructure, you will be responsible for accurately recording and monitoring the attendance and working hours of employees within the infrastructure department.
Job Responsibility- Keep track of employees' working hours, shifts, overtime, and absences within the infrastructure department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding attendance and working hours.
- Generate accurate timesheets and reports for payroll processing.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to attendance records promptly.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining timekeeping systems and tools within the infrastructure department.
- Proven experience as a timekeeper or in a similar role, preferably within the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and supervisors.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to attendance and working hours.
