Our growing brokerage is looking for a Real Estate Administrator who is more than just an "admin"—we need a proactive, solutions-driven professional to be the backbone of our operations and a trusted partner to our Executive Leadership.

Why This Role?

This isn't just about filing paperwork; it’s about high-level executive support and operational excellence. You will:

  • Empower Leadership: Provide seamless support to our Senior Managing Partners, handling urgent contracts and sensitive documentation with total discretion.
  • Command the Office: Supervise day-to-day operations, from managing the office team (driver & assistant) to ensuring our Downtown space is client-ready at all times.
  • Master Compliance: Navigate the complexities of DLD and RERA regulations like a pro, ensuring every listing and transaction is flawless.
  • Support the Stars: Guide our sales and leasing agents through the listing process (Property Finder, Bayut) and property documentation.

You are professionally composed, highly confidential, and remain "cool under pressure."

The Essentials:
  • Experience: 2–3 years in UAE Real Estate Administration or Property Management.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Deep knowledge of RERA/DLD regulations, CRM systems, and Excel.
  • Communication: Exceptional English (Arabic is a major plus!).
  • Mindset: A problem-solver who sees an inefficiency and suggests a better way to work.
