Sunreef Yachts Charter is expanding and seeking a motivated, highly organised, and detail-oriented Charter Retail Assistant to support our Retail Charter Broker and contribute to the continued growth of our global charter operations.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong administrative capabilities and a genuine interest in the luxury yachting environment. You will play a key role in managing enquiries, supporting contract preparation, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the charter booking lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to client enquiries received through the company website, Yachtfolio, brokers, email, and digital platforms
- Qualify leads and coordinate closely with the Retail Charter Broker
- Assist in preparing charter offers, tailored proposals, and bespoke itineraries
- Support preparation and follow-up of MYBA charter contracts and related documentation
- Monitor option dates, APA payments, contract deadlines, and booking milestones
- Update and maintain yacht listings across Yachtfolio and other platforms
- Ensure accurate pricing, availability, specifications, and media are consistently updated
- Maintain accurate and structured records within the CRM system
- Assist with client follow-up before, during, and after each charter
- Coordinate internally with operations, accounts, and crew when required
- Previous experience in yacht charter, luxury travel, or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of Yachtfolio
- Understanding of MYBA contracts and charter procedures
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Additional languages are a strong advantage
