Kazamer Tax Consultant is currently seeking a proactive and well-organized Logistics Executive to join our administrative operations team in Dubai
. Although we operate in the tax and financial consultancy sector, efficient logistics coordination plays a key role in managing document movement, office supplies, and client-related dispatch processes smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the movement of important documents between clients, government authorities, and company branches.
  • Manage courier services and ensure timely delivery and receipt of confidential files.
  • Maintain records of dispatched and received documents.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for logistics support.
  • Track shipments and follow up to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Prepare logistics-related reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures for document handling and security.
  • Support administrative and operational teams when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Familiarity with courier management and document tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
