We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Administrator to support daily operations at Starwalkers Clinic, DHCC, Dubai. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. This role works closely with the founder, team manager, therapists, and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations, client satisfaction, and achievement of departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, staff, and external partners
- Manage daily correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages, in a timely manner
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections in coordination with management
- Prepare, update, and organise databases, records, and operational reports
- Handle client and employer information with strict confidentiality and discretion
- Address and resolve client concerns efficiently to ensure overall satisfaction
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for clients and internal teams
- Coordinate meeting spaces and conference room bookings
- Support departmental planning and ensure operational goals are consistently met
- Maintain structured filing systems and organise therapy documentation from therapists
- Support Therapists by helping create and organise resources
- Work closely with the founder and team manager on daily operations and administrative planning
- Assist the content creator with managing and promoting services, products, and content across social media platforms in line with the organisation’s brand and strategy
- Follow company best practices and contribute to an efficient, well‑managed work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable with databases, record‑keeping, and basic reporting tools
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a client‑focused mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with scheduling systems, email management, and office software
