We are currently hiring a Office Assistant on behalf of a prestigious client, based in their Dubai office.

Description: This role is more than just operational — the selected candidate will be a champion of Workplace Experience, ensuring that our environment reflects our organizational values of hospitality, efficiency, & excellence. From maintaining a guest-ready space to supporting event execution and ensuring seamless day-to-day experiences for staff and visitors, this person will embody the essence of workplace hospitality and service culture.

Key Responsibilities (Brief Overview)
  • Maintain cleanliness + readiness of pantry, reception, & meeting rooms.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to staff and VIP guests.
  • Support logistics and setup for board meetings and high-level internal events.
  • Replenish hospitality supplies and manage basic admin/logistics support.
  • Ensure a warm, professional, and guest-focused atmosphere always.
  • Act as the Workplace Experience Champion by identifying ways to elevate comfort, service standards, and ambiance in collaboration with the Workplace Experience team.
Requirements
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in office support, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
