Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Arabic Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and possess excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors.

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about the clinic's services
• Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's calendar efficiently
• Assist clients with the check-in process, including completing necessary forms and updating records
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with insurance verification
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Address client questions or concerns promptly and professionally

• Previous experience as a Receptionist in a healthcare or clinical setting
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities and a positive attitude
• Experience with appointment scheduling and managing calendars
• Proficient in using computer software and electronic medical records
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
