To handle all administration, documents control, secretarial tasks and documents translation of department to smoothen the operations. Liaising with external counsels to ensure proper updates on the cases

bJob Responsibilities b
  • Liaise with all external lawyers regarding updates on the cases and invoices;
  • Upload all contracts in DMS and ensure their expiry is linked to the alarm system;
  • Manage the office in terms of liaising with all team staff and report on their tasks and their achievements;
  • Organize filing and keep records of all documents.
  • Manage organization sensitive documents, and ensure the compliance of the company’s, prior granting access.
  • Insure trade license renewal is done on time by following up with all concerned departments and making sure that all needed documents are provided
  • Meeting the Notary Public to finalize pending transactions

bQualificationsb

  • High school or equivalent

bExperienceb

  • 2-5 years of experience as secretary/administrator

bKnowledge & Skillsb

  • Basic knowledge of legal documents;
  • Proficiency in MS office;
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal);
  • Good translation skills;
