Role Description

We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist with strong administrative skills to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, confident in handling patient interactions, and thrive in a structured healthcare environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities Front Office & Patient Coordination:
  • Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally
  • Manage structured appointment scheduling
  • Handle patient enquiries across all communication platforms
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Ensure smooth patient registration and documentation process
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Administrative Support:
  • Assist with patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate internally with clinicians and nursing team
  • Support billing and insurance coordination (basic follow-up)
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and data confidentiality
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Officer in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Experience in clinical customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • (Optional) Additional language skills are a plus
