Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for the position of Front Desk & Administrative Assistant. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage front desk responsibilities while providing administrative and executive support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling reception activities professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Assist senior leadership / directors with drafting professional emails, preparing documents and official correspondence.
  • Prepare, format, and manage documents using Microsoft Office Word, PDF and other business software tools.
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Maintain calendars and ensure timely follow-ups.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of English communication (spoken & written)
  • Strong drafting and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel) and PDF tools
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently
