Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management:Greeting clients, visitors, and staff professionally.

  • Visitor Management:Managing security logs and issuing visitor badges.
  • Facility Coordination:Keeping the lobby tidy and maintaining office supplies.
  • Mail Handling:Sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
Skills
  • Experience:Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (printers, multi-line phones).
  • Attributes:Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
