Recruitment Assistant — Dubai
We’re hiring a Recruitment Assistant to join a boutique, founder‑led executive search firm based in Dubai.
You’ll work directly with Managing Partners, supporting live searches and helping keep execution organised, accurate, and on track.
This is a coordination‑focused role suited to someone who is naturally organised, reliable, and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating interviews, calls, and scheduling across multiple searches
- Supporting candidate communication and follow‑ups
- Maintaining accurate trackers and records
- Sharing timely updates with Managing Partners
- Helping organise search activity against deadlines
- Supporting day‑to‑day execution across live mandates

From time to time, searches may require responsiveness outside standard working hours, particularly when coordinating across regions or managing time‑sensitive activity.
Compensation
- AED 4,500/month during the first 3 months (probation period)
- AED 6,000/month from month 4 onward
- Visa and medical provided where required
- Discretionary annual bonus and performance‑based pay reviews
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Location
One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre area (office‑based)
