Oliver Wyman is looking to hire a Student Worker to join our HR Operations team in Dubai.

Provide administrative support to the IMEA HC Operations team across a variety of HC operational topics.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to HC division to ensure that all relevant administrative work is dealt with appropriately and in a confidential manner.
• Maintaining internal time off trackers (vacation, sick leaves, exits etc.)
• Issuing employee related certificates and letters
• Processing insurance and other benefits additional/deletion requests.
• Maintain records and filing systems
• Ad hoc HC support tasks

• Strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)

• Fast learner, who incorporates feedback quickly and constructively
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Collaborative team player, but also able to work well independently
• Professional, tactful and able to engage with colleagues at all levels in the firm
• Excellent communicator – able to deal effectively with people at all levels in a multicultural work environment, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality strictly
• Positive attitude with a sense of fun - collegial and friendly
• Methodical, organized and excellent attention to detail
• Must be on university or family visa
• Should be based in the UAE
