Ferrari Logistics Middle East FZE is looking for a Management Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Director and senior leadership team
. This is a dynamic role ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director and other members of the management team as required.
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Ensure timely follow-up on decisions, tasks, and deliverables from management meetings.
- Serve as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and route professional communications in line with company standards.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication and maintain smooth workflow across teams.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring special projects or initiatives assigned by any member of management.
- Undertake projects across departments as required, ensuring flexibility and cross-functional collaboration.
- Track progress, gather updates, and prepare project-related summaries or reports.
- Ensure deadlines are met and project documentation is properly maintained.
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
- Support preparation of management reports, KPI dashboards, and meeting minutes.
- Assist with company events, internal meetings, and executive logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar role.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Salary Range: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month
