Description
The opportunity
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient operation of the office and seamless execution of strategic initiatives within the organization
How you’ll make an impact
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with strong attention to detail.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company branding.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries, calls, and visitors professionally.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation accurately and promptly.
Support special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling data when required.
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite executives or senior leaders in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant productivity tools.
Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of grammar and clarity.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with travel coordination and expense management systems is highly desirable.
Strong problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
