The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director across both business and personal matters. The role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the Executive Director, ensuring seamless coordination of professional and personal commitments.

Responsibilities- Executive Support:
Own and manage the business and private agenda of the Executive Director, ensuring all commitments and priorities are well-organized and executed efficiently. - Provide high-level executive assistance in a one-on-one working relationship, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and timely communication.
- Coordination & Administration:
Organize and coordinate executive outreach, external relations, and special projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and related documentation.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Personal & Household Management:
Oversee household operations, including scheduling, vendor management, and supervision of household staff. - Coordinate personal appointments, errands, and family-related logistics as needed.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism:
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the Executive Director's business and personal affairs. - Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and trust in all interactions.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, ideally supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
- Flexibility to manage occasional after-hours tasks or travel coordination.
- A natural organizer who hates loose ends and loves getting things done.
