We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading financial institution. This role requires a proactive, commercially aware professional who operates as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The successful candidate will go beyond traditional administrative support, contributing to the effective coordination, prioritisation, and streamlining of executive operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high level executive support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of priorities and workflow.
- Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner, supporting decision making through organisation, preparation, and follow through.
- Manage complex schedules across multiple time zones, aligning meetings with business priorities and objectives.
- Coordinate board level and executive meetings, including agenda preparation, briefing packs, and action tracking.
- Support the streamlining of internal processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational friction.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Assist with strategic projects, presentations, and executive communications.
- Ensure seamless coordination of travel, events, and executive engagements.
- Significant experience supporting a CEO or C suite executive within financial services, investment, or a similarly fast paced corporate environment.
- Proven ability to operate at a strategic level, managing priorities beyond diary and travel coordination.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with a focus on improving processes and driving efficiency.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, including boards and executive committees.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercially minded with strong business judgment.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, solutions focused, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
