Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Office Coordinator role located in Ajman. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and assisting in coordinating meetings. The Office Coordinator will handle correspondence, phone calls, and provide excellent customer service while supporting the broader team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and proficiency in managing office operational tasks
- Experience with Office Equipment and ability to handle office supply management and troubleshooting basic equipment issues
- Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional Communication skills for verbal and written correspondence
- Proactive organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in office software and tools is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
- Experience in a similar administrative or office management role is advantageous
