About The Role

In this role you will manage supplier registration and master data activities within Procurement, using systems such as Coupa and ask Procurement. Your work ensures that suppliers are onboarded accurately, compliantly, and within agreed service levels to support sourcing, purchasing, and payment processes.

• Handle the initial approval step in the supplier onboarding workflow.
• Review onboarding submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity of supplier master data.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders, maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
• Manage FCS complaints and communications.

About You

• Experience in Supplier Registration Management (SRM), ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy, even with high volumes of transactional work.
• Structured and methodical working style with clear, effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
