Job Description We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operational activities of our business and ensure smooth internal processes across departments. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You should be comfortable coordinating with teams, handling administrative tasks, and supporting operational workflows. Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks to support business activities.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational data.
- Coordinate schedules, follow up on action items, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Support procurement, inventory tracking, or vendor coordination as required.
- Act as a point of coordination between internal teams and management.
- Communicate updates, requests, and operational requirements clearly and professionally.
- Support onboarding processes and internal coordination activities.
- Handle basic correspondence, emails, and internal reporting.
- Prepare simple operational reports and status updates for management.
- Monitor process efficiency and flag issues or delays proactively.
- Assist in improving internal workflows and operational procedures.
- 1–2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support team needs.
- Competitive Salary: 3,000 – 3,500 AED
