We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive who will play a key role in managing daily administrative operations and supporting our business development and branding initiatives. The role involves handling client interactions, coordinating with internal teams, managing social media engagement, and assisting in networking and event-related activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking, communicating with potential clients, and representing the company in a professional manner at meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to incoming Tawk live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the front/admin desk and assist with assigned operational tasks.
- Assist the sales function by coordinating the preparation of sales quotations, agreements, and documentation, and by monitoring lead pipelines and follow-up status to ensure timely closure.
- Monitor company social media platforms and actively work on increasing engagement (likes, shares, comments).
- Support branding and networking initiatives through company social media pages.
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and coordinate meetings with the sales team.
- Assist in attending conferences, meetings, and industry events; act as an event coordinator or emcee when required.
- Coordinate with potential associate partners to ensure smooth and effective business tie-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports as required by management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the UAE in an administrative or similar role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Presentable, confident, and able to interact professionally with clients and partners.
Location: UAE (Candidates must be currently based in the UAE)
