About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a fast-growing, venture-backed investment firm. This is a key role for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage complex schedules, high-priority projects, and strategic communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations, reports, and briefings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications, ensuring timely follow-up on key actions.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing operational support as required.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the leadership professionally.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support event planning, board meetings, and investor communications as needed.
  • Streamline workflows, optimize scheduling, and anticipate needs to ensure the leadership team can focus on strategic priorities.
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior executives, preferably in finance, investment, or consulting environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
