Office-based
6 month fixed-term internship with a strong potential for a permanent position thereafter
As a Client Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key support role within the Executive Suite, gaining hands‑on exposure to senior stakeholders and client‑facing operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing administrative and personal assistant support to the CEO and Executive team, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of documents
  • Assisting with the organisation and management of executive documentation, always ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Supporting the client onboarding process for the Executive Suite, acting as a point of contact for clients during initial stages
  • Collecting and organising client documentation and assisting with Know Your Customer (KYC) and compliance‑related processes
  • Communicating professionally with internal teams and external clients to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience
  • Learning and following internal procedures while contributing to continuous improvement of administrative and client processes
About you, you are
  • Fluent English and Russian speaker, able to communicate at business level in both languages
  • Client‑oriented, with a professional and approachable communication style
  • Naturally patient and organised, with a business‑minded approach to building and maintaining client relationships
  • Detail‑focused and reliable, comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Interested in developing a career in administration, client services, or business operations
  • Someone with previous exposure to corporate administration, internships, or office environments (an advantage, but not required)
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and take ownership, with full support and guidance provided as part of the role
