Position: Listing Coordinator / Admin

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A DUBAI BASED REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE

We are a rapidly expanding real estate company looking for a highly organized, proactive Receptionist / Listings Admin who can grow into a Coordinator role as the business scales.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants long-term growth rather than a static admin role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply for permits and upload new property listings across multiple portals
  • Write and manage property descriptions and listing content
  • Prepare documents, forms, and compliance paperwork for agents
  • Track new joiners and coordinate induction schedules
  • Monitor ongoing deals, prepare invoices, and follow up with accounts payable
  • Coordinate schedules between photographers, drivers, and agents
  • Maintain and control deal documentation and update records with invoices
  • Manage office operations including cleaners, supplies, and general administration
  • Act as personal secretary to the CEO, assisting with scheduling and coordination

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
  • Real estate or admin experience is a plus, but not mandatory
