Aboutthe role
The Administration Officer – Training Department will play an essential role in keeping the department running smoothly by managing the day-to-day administrative and operational aspects of training programs. This role is all about ensuring that every detail is in place from scheduling and logistics to maintaining records and supporting trainers. The Senior Administration Officer helps the team deliver seamless training experiences that contribute to employee growth and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities Training Coordination and Support- Organize and coordinate all logistical details for training programs including booking venues, arranging materials, setting up equipment and handling refreshments when needed.
- Manage training calendars and communicate schedules with participants and stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
- Provide on the ground support during training sessions, handling attendance, distributing materials and following up on action items.
- Keep accurate records of training attendance, certifications and completion statuses.
- Prepare regular reports and summaries to track training activities and highlight key insights.
- Help manage updates to the Learning Management System / Records and ensure data is up to date.
- Act as a central point of contact for employees, managers and external partners regarding training related matters.
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate training needs and make sure requirements are met.
- Liaise with external training providers to ensure smooth delivery of outsourced sessions.
- Ensure all training processes are compliant with company policies and properly documented.
- Look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative procedures within the department.
- Share ideas and provide input to enhance the overall training experience.
Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
Work Experience- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
