** Job Description
**** Responsibilities:
*** Prepare prequalification dossiers and manage client portal registrations.
* Coordinate with the Proposal Team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions to clients.
* Maintain and organize commercial documentation, including proposals, contracts, and client correspondence.
* Monitor and track proposal progress, ensuring deadlines are met and all data is accurately recorded in the system.
* Support compliance reviews and assist with internal audits related to commercial processes.
** Qualifications required:
*** Must be a UAE National with a Family Book.
* High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
* Proficient command of both oral and written English.
