Talent Team Administrator

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Team Admin Support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone creative, proactive, and confident—able to think outside the box, manage multiple priorities, and support the talent team with efficiency and enthusiasm.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Team
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation with strong attention to detail
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, interviews, and internal communications
• Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate and employee experiences
• Assist with creative initiatives, employer branding activities, and team events
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Manage multiple tasks under pressure while meeting tight deadlines

• Previous experience in administrative, HR, or talent support roles
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or HR systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Real estate background is a plus
