Job Overview
Oversee daily office operations, manage calendars, maintain records, provide excellent customer service, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Assist with travel arrangements, handle mail and correspondence, and provide general administrative support.
- Welcome guests, manage phone calls, maintain office supplies, and ensure a professional front desk environment.
- Schedule appointments, manage phone systems, and handle patient or client check‑ins.
- Coordinate property viewings, prepare real‑estate documents, and respond to tenant inquiries.
- Maintain attendance reports, coordinate manpower issues, manage payroll and HSE compliance in site administration.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and health and safety regulations while maintaining records.
- Assist in budgeting and financial document processing, and provide customer service to enhance patient experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (high school diploma or equivalent acceptable for some tasks).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Administrative experience preferred; real‑estate and medical office knowledge a plus.
