Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client communication.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for project teams.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documents and reports.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for project records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Assist with documentation, quotations, LPOs, and contracts.
- Maintain office supplies and manage petty cash.
- Support HR and accounts with timesheets, invoices, and payroll assistance.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and site visit logistics.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project and management teams.
Experience:
3-5 years
Salary: 3000 - 4500 AED
