Position:
Administration & Document Control Officer
Location:
Dubai
Reporting to:
Admin Manager / Office Manager
- Collect, record, classify and maintain daily information and data records
- Establish and maintain electronic & hardcopy filing systems
- Manage document numbering, archiving, retrieval and periodic review
- Distribute and track internal notices, circulars and official correspondence
- Follow up key action items and maintain tracking logs
- Prepare and issue meeting minutes
- Assist in preparation of reports, PPTs and statistics
- Support audits, HQ inspections and external visits
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Diploma or above.
- Minimum 2 years experience in admin / document control.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail & confidentiality awareness.
- Organized, responsible and proactive.
- Experience in construction / engineering companies.
- Experience in document control system setup.
- Familiar with OA / SharePoint systems.
