We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
- Conduct market research and provide relevant insights or summaries to support executive decision-making.
- Manage and execute projects independently, including planning, follow-up, and reporting.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
- Perform general office management tasks and support administrative staff when necessary.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Friendly attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
