The Royal Grammar School Guildford Dubai is looking for a Front of House Receptionist to join for an immediate start.
Purpose of Role To deliver a premium Front of House Reception experience, ensuring exceptional standards of customer care, presentation, and communication are maintained at all times and modelling excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Communication
• Responsible for delivering a warm, professional welcome for parents, pupils, staff, and visitors.
• Act as first point of contact for the parent body and visiting families, resolving queries with tact, clarity, and warmth.
• Liaise closely with Admissions, the Principal’s PA, and academic teams to ensure consistent and accurate information is shared across touchpoints.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of school events, leadership availability, and operational updates to proactively support enquiries.
Administrative Oversight
• Efficent administration of the absence mailbox, ensuring accurate, timely updates on iSAMS and seamless communication with teaching teams.
• Ensure front-desk documentation, signage, and presentation materials are accurate, current, and aligned with RGSGD’s brand guidelines.
Parent Experience & Admissions Support
• Support the Admissions Team with school tours, welcome events, and orientation sessions for new families.
• Provide guidance to prospective and enrolled families regarding logistics, documentation, and introductions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records using CRM and school systems, supporting both strategic insights and daily follow-ups.
About You Essential Skills & Experience
• Previous experience as a School Receptionist or other similar Front-of-House role
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, warm, approachable, and professional under pressure
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and school MIS (e.g. iSAMS/ Hub Spot)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English language; strong administrative and organisational capabilities
• Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

Working Hours:
