Scope:
- Complex diary and calendar management across time zones
- International travel planning and logistics
- Board‑level correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Meeting preparation, follow‑ups, and priority tracking
- Senior stakeholder engagement and discretion
Profile:
- Proven EA experience supporting C‑suite or Chairperson level
- Exceptional organisation, articulation, and resilience
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- Flexible with global time zones and working hours
- Background in mid‑to‑large organisations (500+ employees)
