Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Receptionist will manage daily front desk duties, including greeting and assisting guests, answering and directing calls, handling inquiries, and managing reservations. Additional tasks include supporting clerical and administrative functions, maintaining excellent customer service, and upholding the brand's standards of hospitality.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills and ability to handle administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and provide a welcoming environment
- Proficiency in hotel management systems is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Fluency in English required;
German is a plus
