The Team Coordinator provides high-level administrative, coordination, and organizational support to the Managing Director. The role ensures smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient time management, while acting as a trusted point of coordination between the Managing Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documents with discretion
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution
- Act as the main point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate with department heads to track priorities and deadlines
- Organize internal and external meetings, events, and board sessions
- Ensure clear and timely communication across teams
- Support day-to-day operational tasks and special projects by the Managing Director
- Monitor progress on key initiatives and report updates
- Assist in preparing business reviews, proposals, and management reports
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Represent the Managing Director professionally at all times
- Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and high-quality output
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
- 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or similar role in real estate or hospitality industry
- Experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
