Key responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling
- Coordinate business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries)
- Handle petty cash and expense tracking
- Support with personal administrative matters such as appointments and ad-hoc requests
- Act as a trusted point of coordination for confidential matters
- Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative requests
- Maintain office supplies, records, and basic documentation
- Assist with coordination of internal meetings and events
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct calls and emails appropriately
- Ensure reception and common areas are presentable at all times
- Proven experience in an administrative, PA, receptionist, or office support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional, well-presented, and confident in a client-facing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Calm, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
