Job Title: Personal Assistant to Founder
Location: Dubai (In-Office, Monday to Friday)
Type: Full-Time
Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a young founder based in Dubai. This is an in‑office role designed to remove distractions, manage day‑to‑day logistics, and protect the founder’s time so they can stay focused on high‑impact work.
This role suits someone who thrives on structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in making someone else more productive.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
- Book meetings, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and manage follow‑ups
- Handle inbox management, including drafting and responding to emails when required
- Order meals, manage daily logistics, and handle ad‑hoc personal tasks during working hours
- Coordinate travel, transport, and bookings as needed
- Run errands and assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks
- Drive the founder when required (must be a confident driver in Dubai)
- Support research tasks, note‑taking, and organisation of information
- Ensure the founder’s time is structured, efficient, and uninterrupted
- Act as a trusted right hand, keeping things moving smoothly throughout the day
- A hands‑on, fast‑paced personal assistant role
- Focused on time management, organisation, and execution
- In‑office support for a high‑performance founder
- A role where initiative and problem‑solving are essential
- This is not a remote role
- This is not a cooking or household role
- This is not a purely administrative desk job
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- Available in the office Monday to Friday
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident, professional, and discreet
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Comfortable handling both professional and personal tasks
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is a strong advantage
- Calm under pressure
- Detail‑oriented and reliable
- Proactive rather than reactive
- Comfortable working closely with a founder
- Takes ownership and follows through
