Company Description

Hausen Real Estate Development LLC is a newly established real estate development company based in Dubai. We are building our operations from the ground up and are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hands‑on individual to support the daily running of our office.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Office Administrator & Front Desk Support at Hausen Real Estate Development LLC, located in Dubai.

The role combines general office administration with front‑desk responsibilities and plays an important part in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and service providers, managing office supplies, supporting basic operational tasks, and maintaining an organizedтаж office environment.

The role also involves managing the reception desk, greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, handling deliveries, and acting as the first point of contact for the office.

As the company is newly established, this position is best suited for someone who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in a small team while helping set up office processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Handle front‑desk duties including greeting visitors and answering calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records
  • Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies
  • Assist with ad‑hoc administrative and operational requirements
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an office administration or front‑desk role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a front‑facing, client‑facing corporate environment
  • Well‑organized with good attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a small, fast‑moving office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt quickly
  • High school diploma or higher; additional qualifications are a plus
Compensation

This role is budgeted within a salary range of AED 5,000 – 7,000
, depending on experience and overall fit.
