- Manage end-to-end UAE mainland company setup and licensing processes
- Liaise with UAE government authorities
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on all company-related applications
- Process employment, investor, and family visas
- Handle Golden Visa applications from eligibility till approval
- Coordinate medical tests, biometrics, Emirates , and visa stamping
- Manage license renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and track application timelines
- Ensure adherence to UAE laws and regulatory updates
Skills
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE
- Strong expertise in mainland company setup (DED)
- Working experience with free zone company formations
- Hands-on experience in Golden Visa processing
- In-depth knowledge of UAE visa and immigration procedures
- Experience handling biometrics, medicals, and Emirates
- Familiarity with UAE government portals (DED, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, free zones)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines
