Overview
We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support our administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day back office operations and provide support to the front office and management team.
Key Responsibilities- Handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
- Assist in data entry and document control
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure confidentiality of company information
- Previous experience in a back office or administrative role is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
