At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.

To support furniture rental operations by managing permits, logistics, documentation, invoicing, and client coordination across UAE and KSA markets.

• Prepare and process permits, manpower documents, and site access requirements.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, trucks, warehouse requests, and manpower allocation.
• Communicate with clients for delivery details, timings, documents, and approvals.
• Support Sales with quotation preparation when required.
• Support Sales with invoice preparation, delivery note issuance, and payment status follow-ups.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and admin records.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
  Adobe skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, proactive, confident, and able to handle pressure.
• Ability to work with multinational teams.

• Fast-paced environment with extended hours when needed.

• You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.
• You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.
• You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.
• You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
