We’re looking for an
Executive Personal and Business Assistant
, who will be a strategic partner, helping manage priorities, protect focus, and ensure follow-through across the business. This role goes beyond admin work; you’ll be deeply embedded in day-to-day operations, communication, and coordination with internal leaders and external partners.

This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, anticipates needs before they arise, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary) of 2 years or more
  • Neat, professional, and presentable appearance
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and emotional intelligence
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace and Click Up
  • Fluent English level (C1+) for handling international correspondence and communication
  • Fluent Russian level (C1+)
Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Calendar Management:
    Effective management of the executive's complex work calendar, including scheduling meetings, setting reminders, and coordinating time.
  • Logistics and Travel:
    Full organisation of business and personal trips: searching for, booking, and purchasing airline tickets, booking hotels, and arranging transfers.
  • Meeting Organisation:
    Preparing meeting rooms, ordering equipment, arranging catering, and distributing necessary materials for in‑office meetings.
  • Document Management:
    Handling business correspondence (in Russian and English languages), preparing presentations, and reports upon request.
  • Personal Errands:
    Executing a reasonable scope of personal tasks related to daily life organisation in Dubai (if necessary).
  • Competitive salary.
