JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant+ (EA on Steroids)

Location: Dubai, UAE (In-office)

Type: Full-time | High-responsibility role

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, fast, proactive Executive Assistant+ to support the Managing Partner of GCG Structuring across business and personal responsibilities.

This is not a standard admin role
.

It is a high-intensity, execution-focused position for someone who thrives on structure, communication, ownership, and getting things done.

You will manage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, daily priorities, follow-ups, personal logistics, and task coordination across multiple projects and companies. You must be extremely responsive, detail-oriented, comfortable calling people, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision, handle admin, HR and any other tasks that are a priority for the Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of the CEO’s inbox: triage, organize, flag priorities
  • Draft and send communications on behalf of the CEO (email & Whats App)
  • Maintain constant communication flow and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Own the CEO’s calendar: schedule meetings, reorganize time blocks, manage availability
  • Prepare the CEO daily with briefs, reminders, and follow-up summaries
  • Protect the CEO’s time by filtering non-essential meetings
  • Document all tasks, ideas, and follow-ups in Asana
  • Maintain a clear, organized task pipeline with deadlines
  • Chase internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Call people across the UAE (vendors, clients, partners, team) to move tasks forward
  • Follow up persistently until tasks are completed
  • Ensure the CEO never sees the same problem twice
  • Manage travel, appointments, reservations, renewals, and personal admin
  • Coordinate documents, payments, reminders, and personal agenda items
  • Support ad-hoc personal tasks that keep the CEO fully organized
  • Prepare summaries, notes, files, and updates for the CEO
  • Help structure workflows, checklists, and systems for smoother execution
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality

Experience
  • 2–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar
  • Experience supporting a business owner or senior executive is a strong advantage
  • UAE corporate environment experience is highly preferred
