Role Description
This full-time, on-site Office Manager role is based in Dubai. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, maintain office equipment, and ensure efficient business processes. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing communications, providing customer service, and ensuring the office environment is organized and professional.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage tasks and maintain organization
- Experience in operating and managing Office Equipment and systems
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in real estate or a related industry is an advantage.
