Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented Administrator to support daily operations and assist our counselling team. The role involves managing communication, scheduling, and documentation in a student‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist students, families, and visitors
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain student records, files, and databases.
- Prepare documents, reports, and communication materials.
- Coordinate student check‑ins and follow‑up reminders.
- Manage office supplies and basic bookkeeping (invoices, payments)
- Provide support during workshops, events, and student sessions.
- Ensure confidentiality of all student information.
- Bachelors Preferred.
- Prior administrative/secretarial experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with students and families
- Professional and approachable
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
- Able to handle sensitive information discreetly
