Personal Assistant | Dubai / Switzerland
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to support an international investor who splits time between Dubai and Switzerland. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to manage both personal and business matters with absolute efficiency.
Salary: € 4,000 (higher compensation for exceptional candidates).
Format:
Primarily on-site in Dubai or Switzerland. Relocation considered for strong candidates.
About the role:
You will work closely with a high-profile individual, ensuring seamless daily life, efficient business operations, and well-orchestrated travel. The role combines elements of personal assistance and family office coordination, requiring flexibility, discretion, and readiness to act swiftly in any situation.
- Full organization of travel: flights, accommodations, transfers, itineraries, and last‑minute changes.
- Coordination of personal and business schedules across multiple time zones.
- Support of family office operations: document handling, household coordination, vendor communication, and financial logistics (non‑accounting).
- Ensuring smooth execution of all personal and business processes.
- Acting quickly on requests, prioritizing tasks, and making independent decisions.
- Liaising with partners, service providers, and teams to maintain efficient workflows.
- Maintaining order, structure, and continuity across both locations.
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Family Office Coordinator.
- Fluent Russian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- High level of responsibility, stress tolerance, and readiness to react promptly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and provide clear, concise communication.
- Professional discretion and the ability to work in a non‑standardized schedule.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on clarity and efficiency.
