We are building a team of skilled professionals to manage the reception area for our company, which serves high-level clients. This team will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment, handling client communications, and ensuring that all interactions meet our company's high standards.
As a Client Relations Receptionist you will be responsible for:
Welcoming and Greeting Clients:
Warmly welcome high-profile clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and exceptional first impression.
Managing Appointments:
Coordinate and manage schedules, ensuring timely and seamless appointments and meetings for clients and executives.
Client Communication:
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with high-level clients, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
Maintaining the Reception Area:
Ensure the reception area is always neat, professional, and reflective of the company’s standards.
Assisting with Client Requests:
Address and fulfill client requests promptly, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
Handling Confidential Information:
Manage sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Supporting Administrative Tasks:
Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation.
