Legal Secretary with 2–5 years of relevant experience to join our teams in Abu Dhabi and Dubai

We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who can provide strong administrative and secretarial support to our legal teams in a fast‑paced law‑firm environment.
Key Qualifications- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
The Legal Secretary will play a critical role in supporting partners and fee earners by:
- Providing comprehensive legal secretarial and administrative support
- Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Organizing and maintaining legal files and records
- Conducting legal research and handling billing processes, including time entry, expense tracking, and invoice preparation
- Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day administrative operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
